and also says that its a crime to

use a nuclear device to damage property or the environment or to attack a nuclear facility. It requires governments that ratify the treaty to amend national laws to prevent terrorists and their supporters from financing, planning or participating in nuclear terrorism.

Would you need a nuclear weapon to blow up a nuclear facility ? I’m thinking a well-placed load of plastic explosive would be enough to devastate the area. It apparently took 7 years for this to come into existence.. I can’t comment on this article anymore; it brings up too many riduculous ideas. Be sure to read the Indian release regarding this.
