A correction..

It appears that blogsome has neatly managed to iron out the kinks from upgrading to 1.5.1-alpha of WP.
It seems faster, and is definitely more refined than the earlier version.

Now if only that ‘Upload’ feature would get working.. its growing though:
30th Mar: 1098032 bytes
31st Mar: 10298012 bytes
much later on 31st Mar: 31298012 bytes

hmm.. I’m not sure if cribbing is a good thing if this is going to be the case.
What could be the limit they’re looking at ?

Talking of the possible power of the mind, one I should have given earlier - Imagination.
And while you’re at it, check out it’s home as well.. Neave. And the expected blog - Neave’s Rant.
It’s smart. Real smart.

What a movie can mean…

The first time I saw ‘The Godfather‘, I had just finished reading the book; and was amazed at how beautifully the emotion, the ride that Mario Puzo had taken me on was captured. And at the end of it, I worshipped Marlon Brando. For probably the next 4 days, my parents must have got tired of my attempts at playing him.
But no-one can ever replicate that.

Since then, the Godfather has become a movie that I have watched endless times, each time finding something newer, and more fascinating in it. In my latest outing, the music remained in my head.
Nino Rota.

The music that he provided in ‘the Godfather’ underlined the sheer power of the movie.
As I sit now and listen to the main theme, the love song, the wedding march, Apollonia’s theme; the sheer emotional drive is amazing. All at once, you feel sad, you feel power, you remember the people you cannot live without..

Amazing.
When you listen to ‘Michaels Theme’ from ‘The Godfather Part II‘ on a cold wintry windy day, on a street that is busy; and yet you stand alone - you become him.
The Godfather.

No point in a heading to this one..

I dunno how many of you notice the Google logo(you’d be surprised at how few of us notice anything).. they had one for Easter, one for World Water Day, and today is Vincent Van Gogh’s birthday.. talk of someone sitting on their ass in Google, and deciding that today they are going to celebrate some random event by decorating their banner….

A comment was rattling around in my mind for a day or so.. I can get stuck on the most mundane of things..

*snicker*
You are teh (yes, on purpose) bad!

‘teh’ ? I’d never heard of it.
That may seem like I was a bit of a dumbfuck to some of you pseudo-intellectual bullcrappers (now that felt good..!), but I’d never heard of anyone purposely using the ‘teh’ for the ‘the’. The sentence didn’t seem to make sense either…
But then the source of online information told me that

In the online slang known as Leet, it is deliberately used in place of the, and often spelled with a numeral 3 in place of e. Teh and t3h are the traditional spellings of the in the phrase “ph33r t3h …”

Now that’s not an explanation, so we shall continue..

“teh” or “t3h” for “the” (also sometimes used as an intensifier: “He is teh lame”)

Now I get it..
Conclusion ? You can find anything on the net.
Including Especially crap like this, that has no point, other than the fact that assignments can can get just a little tedious…

Of Bloglines and #36144B

Discovered Bloglines. And a Firefox notifier that rocks. And possibly the simplest way for me to keep track of all the stuff I read.
Amazing.. the stuff we can miss, inspite of seeing it everywhere..

And the other, apparently I and some other folks like sagepooh2001@yahoo.com & greymwithin@yahoo.com, have been “pre-approved” for a home loan with 3.95 “interest” and $350000 limits.. with a linked jpeg to boot.

Check out this.

Its a final statement of epic proportions.

As I always say.. understatement is always better than over. And shows up us opinionated pricks for what we are.
Opinionated pricks.
